8-10 SEPTEMBER 2023
WELCOME TO
THE BIG SKY HANG OUT
A LITTLE GATHERING FOR HAMMOCK ENTHUSIASTS
WHAT'S THE DEAL?
The Big Sky Hang Out is a weekend for people who like the idea of sleeping a few feet above the ground.
Whether you're an experienced hammocker or a total beginner, as long as you're curious about the world of hammocking this little festival is for you. It's a chance to meet new friends, discover different types of hammock set-ups, and listen to entertaining talks. Oh, and there will be plenty of time to hang out and chat, too.
The Hang Out this year is held at the Big Sky Hideaway near Boston in Lincolnshire between the 8th and the 10th September 2023.
All ticket holders will have space in the Big Sky woodland to hang their own hammocks. For those without their own hammock, there will be an opportunity to hire one.

The weekend is slow paced and relaxed, centred around hanging around between the trees and meeting other hammock lovers. For this first Big Sky hangout we didn't want to timetable too much, but in the barn by the woods we'll have talks and a bar each evening.

There will be also be a raffle filled with chances to win some excellent hammock-related prizes!

Tickets include:
-
Entry to the Hang Out between 2pm Friday 8th and 12 noon Sunday 10th September.
-
Hammocking space (2 trees per hammock only - our woodland is fairly small and doesn't have many good options for 3 sided Tentsile hammocks)
-
Attendance to any activities and talks

Food:
Pack your own lunch, and we'll have options for buffet breakfast and wood-fired pizza amongst other things, available for purchase nearer the time. We'll share food options in our newsletters sent out to all hammock fest attendees.

FAQs
You have questions.
We have answers
Are kids welcome? We anticipate the majority of attendees will be adults so while we love kids, there won't be special child prices this year and we ask that any parents bringing children do so only if they're beautifully behaved!

Can I camp instead of hammock? You sure can! We have a lovely camping meadow so you can bring your own tent or hire one of our other quirky accommodations and still enjoy walking around the woodland, looking at other guest's hammocks and enjoying a variety of lounging hammocks that we have around.

Can we stay in your glamping accommodation that weekend? Absolutely! If it hasn't been booked yet it's up for grabs!

Please book first:
To ensure the site is exclusive for those who reserve a stay please don't turn up without booking or contacting us first, we always like to know who's hanging out in our garden :)
Tip: DO NOT just enter the postcode, it covers a large area around here and won’t get you to us on its own.
We'll be on the right if you're coming from Hubbert's Bridge. You’ll see the sign for Larringtons on the roadside and we're right down the track next door. Keep a look out for the black American mailbox and "Timberholme" sign. It can be easy to whizz past without seeing our entrance so when you get close slow down and keep a good look out!
