We will offer a full refund or booking change to any cancellations made more than two weeks before a stay.
A 50% refund will be made for any cancellations made between 1-2 weeks prior to a stay.
We cannot offer a refund to cancellations made within a week of a booking, for any reason. Why? As a small business we can't afford for our accommodations to be empty and last minute cancellations mean we simply don't have the time to find another guest.
